Aaj mien aap ko MS word ka barey mein batati hu …
FUNCTION:
Iss mein hum eham documents jesey k Applications,letters(any type of letter),matlab jo documentary hoti hai type kertey hain..
So start kertey hain
1) install ms-office in ur pc
2) Then tha icon of ms-word
So yeh screen aap k samney aa jaye gi:
Now introduction of following bar
Yeh Menu bar kehlati hai…
New: sey new page open hoga
Open: iss sey old file open ho sakti hai
Close : sey aap ki file band ho jaye gi
Save: save sey u can save ur file
Save as: new name sey (yani kissi aur naam sey save ker saktey hain)
Save as webpage: webpage per b save ker saktey hain
File search: koi file nahi miley to search ker lijiye.
Chalein kaam kerna shuru kertey hain
New file open kerein aur text type kerein
Test ko select kerein
Ab agar aap iss k -*test*-('") ki formatting kerna chahatey hain to select kerney k baaad
Formatting bar per ja ker
bold,italic and underline ker saktey hain…
Position k liye
left, Centre aur Right ker saktey hain…
Font colour change kerney k liye 
Agar aap text k peechey highlight kerna chahatey ho to
arrow pr click ker k more colour use ker saktey hian jesey k
Agar hum yellow colour select kerein to text iss tarah ho jaye ga
Agar aap table draw kerna chahatey ho to yeh icon use kero formatting bar mein sey
To iss table mein hum click kertey hain second waley ko
Jesey k
Agar aap row and column chahatey hain to menu bar sey table k option per click kerein
Rows aur columns dein then ok ker dein
To yeh shakal aa jaye gi:
Ab aap ko picture insert kerna batati hu:
Go to menu bar and click insert.
Agar aap chahein to clip art sey pic lein aye jesey k yeh
Aur agar chahein to From file sey lein ayein….yani k pic pick ker lein apney computer sey
File name dein then file picture insert ho jaye gi aap ki window per kuch iss tarah.

Go to view and click the tool bar then DRAWING BAR
Drawing bar per click kerney sey aap ko aik bar masool hogi jesey jo k yeh hai
Yeh bar page k neechey ki taraf show hoti hai…
Iss sey aap square circle bana saktey hain….
Aur heading bhi bana saktey hain jesey k
Use this icon
iss icon per click kerney se ap ko yeh screen nazar aye gi
Ab jo aap ko style pasand ho uss per click ker lein jesey k:
Font change kerney k liye iss text k left click ker k edit text per click ker change ker lein aap…
